This position features a structured 12-hour permanent shift with a specific 4-days work / 1-day off, followed by 3-days work / 1-day off rotation. This predictable schedule allows you to plan your personal time effectively while earning a competitive monthly salary ranging from $3,200 to $3,500.
As a key member of our security force, you will be the first point of contact for residents, tenants, and visitors. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment, preventing unauthorized access, and responding to incidents with composure and professionalism. Responsibilities
- Conduct regular foot patrols within commercial and residential premises to ensure the safety and security of all occupants.
- Manage visitor registration and enforce strict access control protocols at designated checkpoints.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and respond promptly to any suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Maintain comprehensive daily logs and prepare detailed incident reports for management review.
- Coordinate with emergency services, including police and fire departments, during critical incidents or medical emergencies.
- Perform traffic control and parking management to ensure smooth vehicle flow within the property.
- Ensure compliance with building safety regulations and conduct regular checks on fire safety equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting residents and visitors with inquiries and directions.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid Security Officer License issued by the Police Licensing & Regulatory Department (PLRD).
- Proven experience as a Security Officer in either a commercial or residential environment.
- Ability to commit to a 12-hour permanent shift on a 4-1-3-1 work-off rotation.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods during patrols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a diverse range of people.
- High level of alertness, integrity, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy for digital reporting and operating security monitoring systems.
- Minimum secondary school education or equivalent professional certification.
