We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will lead a team of three security officers during the day shift, ensuring the safety and security of our premises in the Simei area. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of a team of security officers on the day shift.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify security risks and ensure compliance with protocols.
- Monitor CCTV systems, alarm systems, and access control points to detect and respond to suspicious activities.
- Manage incident response, including emergency situations, and prepare detailed incident reports.
- Train and mentor security staff on procedures, customer service, and conflict resolution.
- Liaise with clients, tenants, and visitors to address security concerns and maintain a safe environment.
- Perform administrative duties such as scheduling, shift assignments, and equipment inventory management.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the security industry.
- Valid Security Supervisor license or relevant certification (e.g., PLRD license for Singapore).
- Strong knowledge of security procedures, emergency response, and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team and interact with stakeholders.
- Ability to work a fixed day shift schedule and handle occasional overtime if needed.
- Proficiency in using security systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarm monitoring.
- Physical fitness and alertness to perform patrols and respond to incidents effectively.
