Responsibilities
- Supervise and deploy security personnel across the facility to ensure total site coverage.
- Monitor CCTV systems and patrol high-traffic areas to identify and neutralize potential security threats.
- Lead emergency response efforts, including fire, medical, or security-related incidents, in compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Conduct thorough briefings and training sessions for security staff on safety protocols and customer service standards.
- Manage event security logistics for conventions, trade shows, and high-profile functions.
- Prepare detailed incident reports, daily activity reports, and security assessment documentation for management.
- Coordinate closely with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in security management, preferably within the hospitality, tourism, hotel, or airline industry.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse security team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under high-pressure situations.
- In-depth knowledge of safety protocols, crowd control strategies, and emergency preparedness.
- Excellent communication skills in both Filipino and English.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, to support convention operations.
- Valid security certification or relevant professional licenses are highly preferred.
