Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise the daily operations of the security guard force to ensure full compliance with company policies and client requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and unannounced post-checks to monitor performance and maintain high visibility.
- Prepare comprehensive incident reports, daily activity logs, and monthly performance evaluations for management review.
- Develop and implement emergency response protocols and conduct regular drills for the security team.
- Mentor and train security personnel on proper conduct, firearms handling (where applicable), and customer service excellence.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding security concerns and service improvements.
- Coordinate closely with local law enforcement and emergency services as required.
- Manage scheduling and roster assignments to ensure 24/7 operational coverage.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid and current Security Supervisor License issued by PNP-SOSIA.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a security supervisory or leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Public Safety, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bisaya.
- Physically fit and capable of performing active patrols and standing for extended periods.
- Strong knowledge of local security laws, labor regulations, and safety protocols.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) for report generation.
- Strong leadership presence with a track record of integrity and professional ethics.
