Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the full cycle of accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss reports.
- Monitor daily cash flow to ensure liquidity and manage banking relationships effectively.
- Implement internal controls and risk management protocols to safeguard company assets.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledgers.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with management.
- Ensure strict compliance with local financial regulations and tax requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CPA).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a senior accounting or financial management role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards and risk assessment methodologies.
- Excellent analytical thinking with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
