Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, ledger postings, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and review financial statements, monthly reports, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (SAK) and regulatory requirements
- Reconcile accounts receivable and payable, maintaining accurate records of transactions
- Process retail-specific transactions including sales, returns, and inventory valuations
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and controls
- Support audit preparations and provide documentation as required
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring of retail operational expenses
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from a reputable university
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in accounting, preferably within the retail industry
- Proficient in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Office applications
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and reporting requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA will be an advantage
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
