Responsibilities
- Manage regional accounting reporting using PowerBI dashboards and Power Automate workflows
- Ensure timely and accurate financial statement preparation in compliance with accounting standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes and systems
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities with precision and efficiency
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights for regional management decisions
- Implement process improvements to enhance accounting operational efficiency
- Maintain internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from a recognized institution
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting roles
- Proficiency in PowerBI and Power Automate for reporting and automation
- Strong knowledge of IFRS or relevant accounting standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills in English; ability to work in a multicultural environment
