Responsibilities
- Manage full-set accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Oversee e-invoicing processes in compliance with local regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant government authorities for annual filings.
- Perform bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and monthly closing activities.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards (MFRS/IFRS), and statutory regulations.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Professional Qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in full-set accounting or a similar capacity.
- Solid understanding of Malaysian tax regulations, SST filing, and e-invoicing requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SQL, or UBS) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data to support business decisions.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
