Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
- Lead audit teams and coordinate audit activities to ensure timely completion of audit engagements
- Identify financial risks and recommend appropriate control measures to mitigate them
- Prepare detailed audit reports with clear findings, recommendations, and action plans
- Communicate audit results to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Stay updated on changes in auditing standards, regulations, and industry best practices
- Mentor and develop junior auditors to enhance team capabilities
- Assist in developing and improving audit methodologies and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent professional qualification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal or external auditing
- Strong knowledge of auditing principles, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present findings clearly
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience leading audit engagements and managing junior staff
