Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections and routine maintenance services including oil changes and brake checks.
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical faults using advanced computerised diagnostic tools.
- Execute repairs on engines, transmissions, steering, and suspension systems with high accuracy.
- Conduct road tests to ensure vehicle safety and verify the effectiveness of repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Keep detailed records of all work performed, including parts used and labor hours spent.
- Communicate technical issues clearly to service advisors to assist in customer consultations.
- Stay updated with the latest automotive technology and service techniques through ongoing training.
Qualifications
- Possess a Diploma or Vocational Certificate (SKM) in Automotive Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of modern diagnostic hardware and software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a valid Class D driving license.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in Selangor and commit to a full-time schedule.
- Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
