Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic channel partners and vendors across the region.
  • Manage and deepen relationships with existing key partners, ensuring high levels of engagement and loyalty.
  • Coach and mentor partner sales teams, providing them with the tools and knowledge to effectively sell our solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to align channel programs with overall business goals.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with top-tier partners to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine the channel value proposition.
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management through CRM tracking.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Channel Sales, Partner Management, or Business Development.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a senior leadership or management capacity.
  • Strong network of contacts within the Jakarta business and vendor ecosystem.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets to drive strategic decision-making and partner optimization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and professional ethics.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
