Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end financial reporting, including month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure optimal efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare accurate financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis reports for senior management.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance.
- Implement and streamline internal financial controls and administrative workflows.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or SQL) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian accounting standards, tax laws, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all management levels.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
