Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver timely, accurate monthly management reports, variance analyses, and financial dashboards.
- Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with regional and global strategic targets.
- Conduct deep-dive performance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Support the FP&A function by developing robust financial models to evaluate business initiatives and investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional department heads to provide financial guidance and operational support.
- Streamline and automate existing reporting workflows to enhance efficiency and data integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management and regional stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CFA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, management accounting, or financial planning within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong technical proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills (VBA/macros knowledge is an advantage).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
