Warisan TC Holdings Bhd is seeking a dynamic Senior Executive to lead the Group Finance & Administration function. In this pivotal role, you will oversee financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance while providing strategic insights to support the Group’s growth objectives. You will work closely with senior management, external auditors, and regulatory bodies to ensure accurate and timely Bursa Malaysia disclosures. Responsibilities
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements for the Group in accordance with MFRS and Bursa Malaysia requirements.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles, including close process and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with external auditors for statutory audits and ensure timely resolution of audit queries.
- Oversee compliance with regulatory filings, including Bursa announcements, tax submissions, and statutory returns.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning initiatives.
- Implement and improve internal controls, policies, and procedures across finance and administration functions.
- Liaise with banks, tax agents, and other external parties on banking facilities, loans, and tax matters.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, MICPA) is advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate finance, preferably within a public listed company or conglomerate.
- Strong knowledge of MFRS, Companies Act 2016, and Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements.
- Proven experience in financial consolidation, reporting, and audit coordination.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
