Strategic Finance Role with Global Exposure
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join Robert Half's internal finance team in Singapore River. Responsibilities
- Lead the regional financial planning and analysis (FP&A) cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning.
- Act as a strategic business partner to senior management and department heads, providing actionable financial insights and recommendations.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team, promoting professional development and operational excellence.
- Drive the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for the Executive Leadership Team.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate business performance, investment opportunities, and ROI analyses.
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and best practices within the finance function to enhance efficiency and controls.
- Coordinate with global finance teams to ensure alignment of accounting policies, reporting standards, and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare for and participate in the Global Mobility program, demonstrating readiness for future international assignments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA, CPA, or ACCA qualification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive finance experience, with a core focus on FP&A and business partnering in a multinational company.
- Proven track record in leading a regional finance team and managing complex financial cycles.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Advanced proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) and Microsoft Excel.
- A genuine interest in a global career path and willingness to engage in the company's mobility program.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in an additional Asian language is a plus.
