We are currently seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of our Property Development Division based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

Responsibilities
- Lead the full spectrum of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for large-scale property development projects.
- Ensure project costs are strictly monitored and variances are managed against budgets to maintain healthy profit margins.
- Manage cash flow planning, project financing, and banking relationships to support the division's capital requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive financial analysis and management reports to support strategic decision-making by the Board of Directors.
- Oversee tax planning, regulatory compliance, and statutory reporting specifically tailored to the real estate development industry.
- Collaborate with project managers and department heads to optimize operational efficiency and internal controls.
- Manage external auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities to ensure seamless financial operations.
Qualifications
- Professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, or CIMA).
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in finance, with at least 4-5 years in a managerial role, preferably within the Property Development or Construction sector.
- In-depth knowledge of FRS/MFRS and tax regulations relevant to property development.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and ERP systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines.
- Deep understanding of project-based costing, progress billing, and real estate development lifecycles.
