Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end instructional design process from needs analysis to evaluation (ADDIE or SAM).
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), stakeholders, and project managers to define learning objectives and content requirements.
- Design and develop engaging, interactive, and effective learning solutions, including e-learning modules, virtual instructor-led training (VILT), blended learning programs, and job aids.
- Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate) to create high-quality multimedia content.
- Apply adult learning theories, instructional design models, and learning science principles to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
- Develop robust assessment strategies to measure learning effectiveness and program impact.
- Provide expert guidance and consultation on best practices in learning experience design.
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in instructional design and learning technology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Adult Education, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in instructional design and curriculum development, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Proven expertise in applying instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning theories.
- Advanced proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise, and Adobe Captivate.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful design and development of various learning modalities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and content deployment.
