Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate the design and operational effectiveness of clients' internal control systems.
- Identify potential business risks and recommend robust mitigation strategies to protect organizational assets.
- Conduct deep-dive reviews of business processes to improve operational efficiency and governance.
- Draft comprehensive reports and executive summaries outlining findings, risks, and value-added recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and client management teams to implement process improvements.
- Assist in the preparation of risk assessment frameworks and internal audit programs.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and emerging best practices in risk management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIA, or equivalent) is highly regarded.
- Strong analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fresh graduates with a strong academic background are encouraged to apply for the Junior Consultant level; experienced hires will be considered for the Senior role.
