Highspring is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Accounting to lead our Philippine finance strategy and ensure global compliance. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the month-end close process, preparing accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP and IFRS, and coordinating with external auditors. You will also lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights that support strategic planning and operational efficiency. Additionally, you will partner with cross-functional leaders to drive process improvements and implement best practices across the organization.

Responsibilities
- Lead the Philippine finance and accounting strategy, ensuring alignment with global corporate objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international accounting standards, including GAAP, IFRS, and Philippine tax regulations.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings.
- Manage the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Drive process improvements and implement best-in-class accounting systems and controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Deep knowledge of Philippine GAAP, IFRS, and local tax laws.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, month-end close, and audit management.
- Strong leadership and team development skills with a track record of mentoring talent.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
