As a Senior Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing advanced diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on continental (European) vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. You will work alongside our service team to deliver high-quality automotive solutions while adhering to manufacturer standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues in continental vehicles including engine, transmission, braking, steering, and suspension systems
- Perform comprehensive routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements according to manufacturer specifications
- Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and tools to identify vehicle problems accurately and efficiently
- Conduct thorough inspections and quality checks to ensure all repair work meets industry standards and customer expectations
- Maintain detailed service records, repair documentation, and inventory of parts and supplies
- Mentor and guide junior mechanics and apprentices to foster technical skill development
- Collaborate effectively with service advisors and parts personnel to ensure smooth workflow and customer communication
- Adhere strictly to safety regulations, workshop protocols, and environmental guidelines at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum NTC-2 or NTC-3 certification in Automotive Mechanics or equivalent technical qualification
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle mechanic, with preference for continental (European) vehicle brands such as Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, or similar
- Proficient in using modern diagnostic tools, computer systems, and automotive software
- Valid Singapore driving license (Class 3 or above) is mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex automotive issues independently
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems including engine management, transmission, braking, and electronic control units
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) to interact with customers and team members
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy parts and work in various workshop conditions
