Responsibilities
- Manage front-desk operations, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and check-out procedures.
- Handle patient enquiries with empathy, professionalism, and accuracy to ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.
- Coordinate with medical staff and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless patient flow within the clinics.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the hospital management system.
- Manage billing processes, including the collection of payments and processing of insurance claims or government subsidies.
- Assist in the orientation of new patients and guide them through clinic protocols.
- Handle feedback and resolve service-related issues to maintain operational standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels, NITEC, or Diploma in any discipline.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or healthcare administration preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with hospital information systems (HIS) is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle diverse patient demographics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with composure.

- Willingness to work rotating shifts as required by the medical centre operations.
