Phoenix Corporate Advisory is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Payroll & Admin Executive to provide top-tier financial and administrative support to our diverse portfolio of clients. In this pivotal role, you will manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and strict compliance with Malaysian labor laws. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy in calculations and deductions.
- Ensure full compliance with Malaysian statutory requirements, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and LHDN regulations.
- Prepare and submit monthly payroll reports, tax returns, and annual returns efficiently.
- Oversee general administrative duties including filing, document management, and office operations.
- Maintain and update employee master files, contracts, and statutory records.
- Handle client correspondence professionally and resolve payroll-related inquiries promptly.
- Assist with ad-hoc financial reporting and reconciliation tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar payroll and executive support role.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of payroll systems and accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB, QuickBooks).
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity in handling sensitive financial data.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
