Responsibilities
- Manage the complete end-to-end payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
- Ensure strict compliance with Philippine Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) regulations and labor laws.
- Prepare, review, and reconcile payroll reports, including payslips, tax computations, and reconciliation statements.
- Process employee benefits, deductions, and reimbursements accurately according to company policies.
- Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies from employees and management.
- Maintain accurate and confidential payroll documentation and records.
- Collaborate with the HR and Finance teams to implement process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in payroll processing or a similar accounting role.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine Payroll Laws, BIR requirements, and statutory contributions.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and payroll software systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and high accuracy standards.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
