Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications and systems
- Collaborate with Lead Engineers and Engineering Managers to achieve team objectives
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and knowledge sharing
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth
- Contribute to technical architecture decisions and system design
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience with modern software development frameworks and tools
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
