Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze system requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications.
- Configure, customize, and deploy software applications and systems according to project plans and client-specific needs.
- Conduct thorough system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure functionality, data integrity, and performance.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to end-users, ensuring successful adoption and efficient utilization of new systems.
- Develop and maintain detailed system documentation, including configuration guides, user manuals, and technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered during implementation and provide timely post-go-live support.
- Assist in data migration activities, ensuring accurate, secure, and compliant transfer of information between legacy and new systems.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery, adherence to budget, and successful completion of implementation projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in system implementation, software deployment, or IT consulting roles.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, database concepts (e.g., SQL), and network fundamentals.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing enterprise software solutions (e.g., ERP, CRM, SCM) or specific industry applications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic project environment.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools is a distinct advantage.
