Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end corporate tax compliance process for a diverse portfolio of corporate clients.
- Prepare and review accurate tax computations, including capital allowances and tax adjustments.
- Handle the timely filing of ECI (Estimated Chargeable Income) and Form C/C-S with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS).
- Proactively communicate and liaise with IRAS regarding tax assessments, queries, and audits.
- Provide advisory support on tax planning and ensure clients remain compliant with local tax laws.
- Assist in identifying tax-saving opportunities and incentives for clients.
- Mentor junior team members and review their work to ensure high standards of quality and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CA Singapore/CPA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate tax compliance within a professional services firm or accounting practice.
- Deep understanding of Singapore Corporate Tax laws, IRAS guidelines, and filing requirements.
- Proficiency in tax software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex tax legislation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and tax authorities.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
