Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end corporate tax compliance process for a diverse portfolio of corporate clients.
  • Prepare and review accurate tax computations, including capital allowances and tax adjustments.
  • Handle the timely filing of ECI (Estimated Chargeable Income) and Form C/C-S with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS).
  • Proactively communicate and liaise with IRAS regarding tax assessments, queries, and audits.
  • Provide advisory support on tax planning and ensure clients remain compliant with local tax laws.
  • Assist in identifying tax-saving opportunities and incentives for clients.
  • Mentor junior team members and review their work to ensure high standards of quality and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CA Singapore/CPA).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate tax compliance within a professional services firm or accounting practice.
  • Deep understanding of Singapore Corporate Tax laws, IRAS guidelines, and filing requirements.
  • Proficiency in tax software and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex tax legislation.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and tax authorities.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
