Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally, identifying their service needs through effective questioning and vehicle inspection.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end service process, ensuring clear communication between the customer and the technical workshop team.
  • Provide accurate cost estimates and clear explanations of recommended repairs or maintenance tasks.
  • Manage service scheduling and workflow to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service history, and repair orders in our management system.
  • Perform follow-up calls after service completion to ensure customer satisfaction and address any post-service concerns.
  • Upsell value-added maintenance services and promote service packages to enhance vehicle longevity.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive, hospitality, or retail industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and/or Mandarin (an advantage).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and database management.
  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
