Responsibilities
- Perform installation, commissioning, and routine maintenance of systems and equipment at client sites.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Provide expert technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
- Prepare accurate service reports, documentation, and maintain detailed service records.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies during service operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage spare parts inventory and tools necessary for field service activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; full training will be provided.
- Possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
