Responsibilities
- Oversee daily service center operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high-quality standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of automotive technicians and service advisors to achieve performance targets.
- Manage customer relationships, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Optimize service scheduling, parts inventory management, and workshop workflow.
- Implement and maintain strict adherence to OEM service protocols and EV safety standards.
- Generate and analyze service department performance reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and stay updated on the latest EV technologies and diagnostic tools.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in automotive service management, preferably with EV or premium automotive brands.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a technical team.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Deep understanding of automotive diagnostic systems and workshop management software.
- Proven track record of hitting KPIs related to service throughput and customer retention.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
