As a key member of our operations crew, you will ensure every automated door and access system operates safely, reliably, and efficiently. Youâll work closely with clients, project managers, and fellow technicians to provide top-notch service and quick troubleshooting when issues arise.

Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and commission automated sliding doors, swing doors, and access control systems at client premises
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and safety inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults on entrance automation equipment
- Coordinate with project teams to schedule installations and minimise disruption to client operations
- Provide on-site training to end-users on proper operation and basic troubleshooting of systems
- Maintain accurate service records, including work logs, parts usage, and incident reports
- Respond promptly to emergency call-outs and resolve critical issues to restore functionality
- Uphold a clean, safe work environment and adhere to all company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum NITEC or Higher NITEC in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- At least 1â2 years of hands-on experience with automated door systems (sliding, swing, or revolving doors) or similar low-voltage equipment
- Strong understanding of electrical circuits, motor drives, and control panels
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills under pressure
- Customer-service oriented with clear communication skills
- Possession of a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence (preferred)
- Willingness to work a rotating schedule, including occasional weekends or after-hours support
