Are you a hands‑on leader who thrives in fast‑paced manufacturing environments? Mitra Berlian Unggas is looking for a Silo & Dryer Raw Material Team Leader to drive operational excellence across our raw material storage and drying processes in Cirebon.
In this role you will coordinate the day‑to‑day activities of the silo storage and dryer teams, ensuring that all material flows are managed safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards. You will collaborate closely with production, maintenance, and quality assurance to optimize throughput, reduce waste, and maintain continuous improvement across the facility.
Key expectations include overseeing loading and unloading operations, monitoring silo inventory levels, and supervising dryer temperature and humidity cycles to guarantee optimal drying performance. You will also be responsible for enforcing health and safety regulations, leading root‑cause analysis for any breakdowns, and implementing preventive maintenance plans.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise daily silo storage and dryer operations to ensure optimal material flow and equipment performance.
- Develop and implement operational procedures, work instructions, and safety protocols aligned with industry standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, material quality, and drying parameters; adjust processes to maintain product consistency and minimize spoilage.
- Lead, train, and motivate a multicultural team, conducting performance reviews, setting targets, and fostering continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with maintenance, production, and QA teams to schedule preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment failures, and drive root‑cause analysis.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, maintaining accurate records and reporting KPIs.
- Identify and execute process improvement projects to increase throughput, reduce energy consumption, and lower operating costs.
- Prepare and manage operational budgets, forecasts, and procurement plans for raw material handling equipment and consumables.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in a manufacturing, agricultural, or food processing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong knowledge of silo storage systems, pneumatic conveying, and industrial drying equipment (e.g., rotary, fluidized bed dryers).
- Familiarity with quality control standards (e.g., ISO, HACCP) and raw material handling best practices.
- Proven ability to interpret technical data, operate PLC/SCADA systems, and use basic maintenance tools.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills; fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (English is a plus).
- Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is advantageous.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by production schedules.
- Education in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or related field is preferred.
