Wide Technologies Indonesia is looking for a detail‑oriented Software Quality Assurance professional to join our dynamic IT team in Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our software products, working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive test plans, executing manual and automated tests, and analyzing results to identify defects early in the development cycle. By championing quality standards and continuously improving our QA processes, you’ll help us deliver best‑in‑class solutions to our clients.
Key activities include collaborating in Agile sprints, conducting risk assessments, performing regression and performance testing, and providing actionable feedback to drive rapid issue resolution. You’ll also document test cases, track bugs in JIRA, and ensure compliance with industry best practices.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement quality assurance standards, test plans, and test cases.
- Execute manual and automated testing to verify product functionality, performance, and security.
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and other bug‑tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to resolve issues and refine requirements.
- Conduct regression, integration, and performance testing across multiple platforms.
- Develop and maintain test scripts, automation frameworks, and testing utilities.
- Analyze test results and provide clear, actionable feedback to improve product quality.
- Continuously improve QA processes, methodologies, and tooling to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience in software quality assurance or related QA roles.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes (e.g., ISTQB, Agile testing).
- Hands‑on experience with bug‑tracking systems such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or TestRail.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium).
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and attention to detail skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities to work effectively in cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
