Join Seven Retail Group as the Sozo Skin Clinic Sales Manager for Semarang. You will lead the sales efforts for our premium skincare clinics, drive revenue through high-end packages, and manage a team of sales professionals. You will be responsible for achieving individual and clinic targets, building lasting client relationships, and promoting Sozo Skin's premium services. As a clinic sales manager, you will oversee daily sales operations at one or more Sozo Skin clinics in Semarang, supervise a team of sales associates, and provide mentorship and coaching. You will implement training programs to elevate product knowledge and service standards, ensuring high conversion rates and patient retention. You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with premium clients, managing key accounts, and reporting results to senior management. You will stay informed about skincare trends and competitive activity to maintain Sozo Skin's market position in Semarang.
Key contributions include developing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with marketing to ensure compelling promotions. You will analyze performance metrics, forecast revenue, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities
- Lead daily and strategic sales activities for the Sozo Skin clinics in Semarang.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for premium packages and services.
- Develop and execute client acquisition and retention strategies.
- Coach and manage a team of sales associates; monitor performance and provide ongoing training.
- Collaborate with marketing to create compelling promotions and campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients and key accounts.
- Track and report sales metrics; forecast revenue and manage budgets.
- Maintain brand standards and ensure exceptional customer experience across clinics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years in skincare, beauty, or premium retail sales; leadership experience preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage a team and develop staff through coaching and training.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and data-driven sales strategies.
- Fluent in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.

- Willingness to travel within/near Semarang for clinic coverage as needed.
