Responsibilities
- Lead and exceed clinic sales targets by promoting Sozo Skin premium packages and high-end services to new and existing clients.
- Develop and execute market-specific sales strategies for the Tangerang location, aligning with brand standards and marketing campaigns.
- Coach and mentor frontline staff to deliver exceptional, personalized client experiences and build long-term relationships.
- Upsell and cross-sell skincare products and treatment add-ons to optimize revenue per guest.
- Manage VIP client relationships, schedule consultations, and ensure timely follow-ups to drive repeat visits.
- Collaborate with marketing to plan promotions, events, and educational sessions that showcase the clinic's offerings.
- Monitor sales metrics, prepare weekly performance reports, and adjust plans to maximize results.
- Maintain thorough product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of sales experience in cosmetics, skincare, beauty clinics, or retail; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies and achieve targets.
- Strong customer focus, relationship-building, and service mindset.
- Comfort with CRM software and data-driven decision-making; proficiency in MS Office.
