Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily spa operations ensuring exceptional service quality and guest satisfaction
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue and profit targets
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of therapists, receptionists, and support staff
- Manage annual budgets, control costs, and analyze financial reports to optimize performance
- Design and implement innovative spa packages, treatments, and wellness programs
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Build strong relationships with guests, handle feedback, and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with marketing to promote the spa through digital campaigns and partnerships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive management experience in a luxury spa or high-end hospitality setting
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams
- Excellent communication and customer service skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Deep knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and premium service standards
- Proficiency in spa management software, MS Office, and POS systems
- Certification in spa management or related discipline is highly preferred
