Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate general ledger accounts and financial records
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian GAAP
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure transactional accuracy
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis processes
- Handle accounts payable/receivable cycles and ensure timely processing
- Support internal and external audit requirements
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial operations
- Prepare tax filings and ensure compliance with tax regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with data analysis capabilities
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
