We are seeking a detail-oriented expert to ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions, forming the backbone of our financial operations. In this position, you'll be responsible for creating and reviewing accounting journals, preparing comprehensive cash flow reports, and conducting meticulous bank reconciliations. Your contributions will directly support our strategic decision-making by delivering reliable financial data that drives business growth. Responsibilities
- Accurately record and classify all financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards
- Create, review, and post accounting journals to ensure transactional accuracy
- Prepare cash flow statements and conduct monthly bank reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable to maintain healthy cash flow
- Support internal and external audits with required documentation
- Ensure adherence to company financial policies and Indonesian accounting regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized institution
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Excellent attention to detail with high accuracy in financial data handling
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
