As a Starter, you are the face of our operation. Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests at various activity points, ensuring a seamless start to their experience.
  • Monitor activity queues and manage guest flow to maintain safety and operational efficiency.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and friendly information regarding park activities, schedules, and facilities.
  • Handle minor guest inquiries and escalate complex concerns to the supervisor on duty.
  • Perform regular safety checks on equipment and maintain the cleanliness of designated operation zones.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent service delivery across the resort.
  • Prepare daily operational reports on guest turnout and any noted maintenance requirements.

Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, service-oriented personality.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts as required by the industry.
  • Physically fit and comfortable working in an outdoor or high-activity environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is an added advantage but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Must be based in or able to commute daily to Alor Gajah, Melaka.
