As a Starter, you are the face of our operation. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our daily activities and guest interactions run smoothly, efficiently, and with the high standard of service our visitors expect. Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests at various activity points, ensuring a seamless start to their experience.
- Monitor activity queues and manage guest flow to maintain safety and operational efficiency.
- Provide clear, accurate, and friendly information regarding park activities, schedules, and facilities.
- Handle minor guest inquiries and escalate complex concerns to the supervisor on duty.
- Perform regular safety checks on equipment and maintain the cleanliness of designated operation zones.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent service delivery across the resort.
- Prepare daily operational reports on guest turnout and any noted maintenance requirements.
Qualifications
- Possess a minimum of SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, service-oriented personality.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts as required by the industry.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in an outdoor or high-activity environment.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is an added advantage but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must be based in or able to commute daily to Alor Gajah, Melaka.
