Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Lead and supervise a team of junior accounting staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Prepare and review accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK).
- Ensure timely and accurate tax reporting and compliance with all relevant Indonesian tax regulations (e.g., PPh, PPN).
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and provide insights to management for informed decision-making.
- Coordinate and support external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK) and comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations.
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with various stakeholders.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity.
