Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily, monthly, and annual financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Supervise the accounting team, providing guidance and ensuring the timely completion of all financial tasks.
- Handle general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and account payables/receivables management.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for audit preparation and tax reporting requirements.
- Implement and maintain robust internal control procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Prepare comprehensive financial forecasts and budget reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team-lead role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian financial reporting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations (Pajak).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight financial deadlines.
