Responsibilities
- Participate in intensive on-the-job training covering all aspects of branch operations and service excellence.
- Support the branch supervisor in daily administrative and operational duties to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Lead and motivate frontline teams to meet and exceed monthly sales and performance targets.
- Monitor business KPIs, analyze performance reports, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and industry regulations.
- Foster a positive work environment and provide coaching to staff members to enhance individual productivity.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong leadership potential with a proactive mindset and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead others.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn new operational systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Willingness to be placed at any PT Ivaro Ventura branch across the Jawa Tengah region.
