Responsibilities
- Supervise daily accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with Indonesian GAAP.
- Manage the month‑end and year‑end close processes, delivering high‑quality reports on schedule.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to guarantee compliance with local regulations.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash‑flow projections.
- Lead, coach, and evaluate the finance team to foster continuous growth.
- Implement process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax law, GAAP, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
- Effective leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is an advantage.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
