SunRecruit is seeking a results-driven Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our global supply chain and operations team. This role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia, offering the opportunity to shape end-to-end supply chain processes across procurement, production planning, inventory control, and logistics. You will collaborate with cross-functional leaders to deliver superior service levels while driving operational efficiency and cost savings for a dynamic manufacturing portfolio. You will be the operational owner of key processes, from supplier selection to product distribution, ensuring consistency, quality, and reliability across regions.
As a hands-on leader, you will own demand planning, procurement strategy, warehouse management, transportation, and cross-border logistics, ensuring on-time delivery and optimal stock levels. You will implement scalable processes, KPI dashboards, and continuous improvement initiatives that align with SunRecruit's growth trajectory. Your work will require strong data-driven decision-making, risk assessment, and the ability to balance inventory investment with service levels in a rapidly changing market.
You will build and mentor a high-performing team across planning, procurement, warehousing, and logistics. You will collaborate with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to negotiate favorable terms, consolidate supplier performance metrics, and drive cost reductions without compromising quality. You will champion digital transformation by leveraging ERP, automation, and analytics to enhance visibility, forecasting accuracy, and responsiveness.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, production planning, inventory control, and distribution.
- Develop inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory; manage cycle counts, ABC analysis, and optimization initiatives.
- Drive on-time delivery and service levels by coordinating demand planning and capacity planning with manufacturing and logistics teams.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate terms, review contracts, monitor supplier performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives; implement ERP systems, data analytics, and dashboards to improve visibility and decision-making.
- Oversee warehousing and transportation operations; optimize inventory storage, routing, and freight management across domestic and international lanes.
- Monitor KPIs such as inventory turns, fill rate, order cycle time, and total landed cost; implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all supply chain activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite) and advanced Excel; experience with demand planning software is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities; strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment; willingness to travel as needed.
- Knowledge of international logistics, trade compliance, and risk management is advantageous.
