You'll be responsible for ensuring tax compliance, managing financial reconciliations, preparing accurate reports, and supporting internal/external audits. Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns (PPh, PPN, BPHTB)
- Manage financial account reconciliations for general ledger, bank statements, and subsidiary accounts
- Generate comprehensive financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and tax calculations
- Coordinate internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PP 46/2013, PMK regulations) and PSAK standards
- Assist in fixed asset management, depreciation calculations, and inventory valuation
- Collaborate with procurement and HR departments for tax withholding calculations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance from accredited university
- Minimum 2 years experience in tax compliance and accounting roles
- Proficiency in Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards (PSAK)
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial modeling and data analysis
- Familiarity with accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or local ERP systems)
- Professional certification (Brevet A/B, Akuntan Publik, or equivalent) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
