Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of specialists to achieve performance targets and KPIs for the Life Sciences account
- Monitor team performance and implement strategies to enhance productivity and quality assurance
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions while maintaining service excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and process improvements
- Prepare and analyze performance reports for leadership review and decision-making
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and team building activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Mentor team members and support their professional growth and development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership or supervisory role within BPO or customer service industry
- Strong background in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Proficiency in using workforce management tools and analytics platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with performance management and coaching methodologies
- Willingness to work in a hybrid arrangement in Taguig City, Metro Manila
