Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of associates to ensure high-quality delivery for Life Science client processes.
- Monitor daily performance metrics, KPIs, and SLAs to ensure strict compliance with client expectations.
- Drive operational excellence by identifying process gaps and implementing effective improvement strategies.
- Facilitate regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to foster professional growth.
- Manage team schedules, workflow distribution, and resource allocation to meet project timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and technical requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on team performance, productivity trends, and risk management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 3+ years in a supervisory or team lead capacity within BPO or Life Science sectors.
- Deep understanding of regulatory standards and quality management systems within the Life Science industry.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, process management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment with a client-centric mindset.
