Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise team members to achieve daily sales and performance targets
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and feedback as needed
- Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service at the counter
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with management to implement sales strategies and promotional activities
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and inventory levels
- Foster a positive team environment and encourage professional growth among team members
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and team productivity
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/equivalent education level; additional qualifications preferred
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and leadership potential
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets in a fast-paced setting
- Willingness to work shifts and flexible hours as required
