Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily technical operations to ensure seamless workflow and project delivery.
- Develop and implement technical strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Mentor, supervise, and lead a team of technical staff to foster a high-performance culture.
- Monitor technical performance metrics and generate reports for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Maintain equipment, systems, and facility standards in compliance with industry safety regulations.
- Manage inventory, resource allocation, and budget requirements for the technical department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in a technical leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of operational systems and technical troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and standard industry software.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on-site in Quezon City.
