Join Sonton Food Indonesia as a Technical Jr. Manager and lead the Technical team to deliver safe, high-quality products for our customers. In this role, you will oversee the Baking Centre, develop standard recipes and formulations, and craft work policies and SOPs that drive consistency across production lines. You will collaborate with Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and R&D to optimize processes, improve yields, and ensure compliance with food safety standards.

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Technical team to achieve production targets while ensuring safety and quality.
- Develop and validate standard recipes and formulations for core product lines.
- Create, implement, and maintain work policies, SOPs, and QA standards.
- Oversee Baking Centre operations, including production planning, scheduling, and yield optimization.
- Collaborate with R&D, QA, Production, and Supply Chain to optimize processes and costs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data analytics, lean principles, and root-cause problem solving.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and other applicable food safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in food manufacturing or related technical roles with leadership potential
- Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and ISO quality standards
- Experience with baking processes and recipe formulation
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP/MES is a plus
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus
