Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of industrial safety equipment.
- Troubleshoot technical malfunctions and implement effective, long-term solutions.
- Conduct equipment testing to ensure full compliance with regional safety regulations.
- Document all service activities, including maintenance logs and repair reports accurately.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding equipment usage and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely availability of parts and supplies.
- Participate in regular safety training and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a technical or maintenance role.
- Strong understanding of industrial safety standards and equipment handling.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematic diagrams.
- Proficient in using hand tools and basic diagnostic testing equipment.
- Good communication skills in Malay and English.
- A valid driver's license and own transport is an added advantage.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and adhere to strict safety guidelines.
